Italiano: Fotografia del recupero dell'automobile "Fiat di 30 cavalli" precipitata il 26.3.1909 nel fiume Rodano a Ginevra, Svizzera, in cui trovò la morte il suo giovane proprietario Samuele Zopfi (1879-1909), figlio di Samuele Zopfi (1828-1888), imprenditore svizzero trapiantato a Redona, Bergamo, Italia, e di Rosina Graf (1853-1904) sua terza moglie.

Samuel Zopfi, che viveva a Ginevra presso la sorella Rosina Zopfi sposata al farmacista Jules Muelberger, conduceva la vettura a folle velocità, secondo i testimoni, e rimase incastrato tra le lamiere dell'auto annegando.

Gli altri due passeggeri che viaggiavano con lui, Eduard Vibert, meccanico, e Hans Leutzinger, studente di 20 anni, invece si salvarono riportando solo lievi ferite essendo stati sbalzati in acqua lontano dalla vettura.

English: Photograph of the recovery of the car "Fiat of 30 horses" which crashed on 26.3.1909 in the Rhone river in Geneva, Switzerland, in which its young owner Samuele Zopfi (1879-1909), son of Samuele Zopfi (1828-1888) died ), Swiss entrepreneur transplanted to Redona, Bergamo, Italy, and Rosina Graf (1853-1904) his third wife.

Samuel Zopfi, who lived in Geneva with his sister Rosina Zopfi married to the pharmacist Jules Muelberger, drove the car at breakneck speed, according to witnesses, and got stuck between the metal sheets of the car and drowned.

The other two passengers traveling with him, Eduard Vibert, a mechanic, and Hans Leutzinger, a 20-year-old student, instead survived with only minor injuries as they were thrown into the water away from the car. Source of the news: Gazette de Lausanne 26.3.1909 page 3
