Svenska: I Sandby borg utspelade sig en massaker för ca 1500 år sedan. De arkeologiska spåren visar att invånarna slagits ihjäl och lämnats kvar. Föredraget presenterar det senaste i projektets digitala förmedlingsarbete. Allmänhet har kunnat följa grävningarna Live och en upplevelse i virtual reality har skapats i syfte att påverka användaren emotionellt.
Fredrik Gunnarsson jobbar som arkeolog på Kalmar läns museum och är doktorand på Linnéuniversitetet. Han har specialiserat sig på att ta fram digitala lösningar för arkeologin och fokuserar på hur digital metodik påverkar kunskapsproduktion och vad digitaliseringen betyder för dokumentation och kommunikation av arkeologiska resultat.
