Cul-de-sac end of Sandringham Gardens, Leeds LS17

Description
English: Picture shows the turning circle where 2 cars are parked at the end of a cul-de-sac. The main building looks like a semi-detached house but consists of 4 maisonettes, that is 4 flats (2 up, 2 down) with separate entrances, the upstairs ones being on the sides of the building. It is part of a 1930s estate all of the same design with shared grassed areas behind. The rear of dwellings on the next road can be seen behind. The roof is tiled. The walls are brick with render cover apart from decorative brickwork details. The leaseholders are required to keep the buildings all painted the same way. The fact that there are 4 dwellings is shown by the 4 satellite dishes, though there are also two television aerials
