Español: Es una virgen trono, o theothronos, en el ábside de la Iglesia de Santa María de Tahull, rodeada de una mandorla en rojo y ocre. Representa la Epifanía, símbolo de la fundación de la Iglesia, con Cristo en su seno y sin la visión de dios juzgador típica de la época: es un niño con un pergamino en una mano y bendiciendo con la otra. Vemos a su alrededor a los Tres Reyes Magos con las inscripciones de sus nombres, con la curiosidad de que son todos blancos. |
