Deutsch: Vorderseite: Der Mazda verehrende Gott Ardashir der König der Könige der Iranier [mittelpersisch]. Drapierte Büste des Ardashir I. mit Kronhaube mit Diadem und mit Wangenklappen, auf der Kalotte ein Stern, nach r. Doppelschlag.

Rückseite: Feuer des Ardashir [mittelpersisch]. Feueraltar mit glatter Rundsäule. Oben Flammen, seitlich hängen gerippte Diadembänder herab. Beiderseits der Säule zwei Löwenpranken auf Stützelementen.

Kommentar: Durch SNS I der Münzstätte C („Ktesiphon“) zugewiesen, die zweite Prägephase des Adashir I. wird dort in die Jahre von 223/224 bis ca. 228/229 bzw. 229/230 n. Chr. datiert.
