Description
English: Saunf Sharbat is a cold beverage made from Fennel which is called as saunf in Hindi or variyali in Gujarati. The Fennel seeds are crushed in mixer to make its powder. The powder along with sugar is mixed with water to make delicious Saunf sharbat. It is kept for an hour or two to have proper flavor of Snauf. Usually it is consumed in summer to avoid sun stroke.
