Thanks to OwenMacC for providing the location of Rathmoylan House (with local confirmation from ofarrl). And delighted to see one of the people in the photograph being identified - that's Peter Power sitting in the front row at extreme right. Again we have local information from ofarrl to thank for this, via a relative of Peter Power's on the Waterford Heritage Group's FB page.
