Description

Schwarzwaldstraße 66 und 68, Knopfhäusle in Freiburg-Wiehre.

Um 1885 von der Knopffabrik Risler zur Erweiterung der Arbeitersiedlung errichtet. In verputzter Massivbauweise war die Ausführung dieser Angestelltenwohnhäuser im Vergleich zur übrigen Bebauung gehoben. Die zweigeschossigen Mehrparteienhäuser verfügen damals wie heute über vier Wohnungen pro Geschoss, einen geschlossenen Innenhof sowie angrenzende Gärten. 1928 wurden die Gebäude von der Stadt Freiburg erworben.
