English: Wandimu Ermias Nuke, headmaster of Bilate Charicho School, holds the microphone for his daughter during the dedication ceremony for two new buildings at the school, Jan. 17. The buildings were constructed by U.S. Navy Seabees with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40, out of Port Hueneme, Calif. NMCB 40 is deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
