Summary edit

Description
English: Seaham Harbour from the south. On the left, 'rock armour', huge quarried blocks of hard stone, break up the force of the waves, protecting the cliffs from erosion by the sea. Just off the cliff here was Liddle Stack, although I think now little remains of it above sea level. The Liddle Stack place-name seems now to have become associated with the prominent stack further south towards Nose's Point 1540961
