Summary edit

Description
English: Cobb Building, 1301–1309 Fourth Avenue, Seattle, Washington, USA. The building is the only remaining building whose design conforms to the original Howells & Stokes plan for the Metropolitan Tract, the old downtown site of the University of Washington. It is on the National Register of Historic Places, ID #84003485. [1]

I believe that this particular terracotta Indian (now displayed near ground level) came from the frieze of one of the other Metropolitan Tract buildings, now demolished.

Denny-Renton Clay and Coal Company may have manufactured it for the Henry-White building (since demolished).
