Description J & M Cafe and Cardroom (built 1889), also known as J & M Hotel / J & M Bar and Cardroom / Jamieson & Moffett Saloon, (Jamieson & McFarland, Proprietors) / Seattle Bar Saloon, 201 First Avenue South in the Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington. See Summary for 201 1st AVE, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, for more detail. The building is the same, even though they have accidentally omitted "South" from the address.
