As of 2011, The Brooklyn is the only older building surviving on this block: the rest is taken up by the Chase Bank Tower (formerly Washington Mutual Tower).
Now the site of Benaroya Hall (symphony hall).
Now the site of the Seattle Art Museum.
The J.C. Penney's here was replaced by the NuMark.
In the distance, the Broadacres Building, Moore Theatre and Hotel, and Josephinum (formerly New Washington Hotel) still stand as of 2011.
