Summary edit

Description
English: Westland Building, 100 S. King Street, Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington, USA. Also known as Hambaca Building / Tempco Quilters Building. Built 1907, originally as a warehouse. Restored 1978 by architects Ralph Anderson et. al. Now an office building; ground floor has been a restaurant at times, but is currently just an occasionally used banqueting facility.
This view from the northwest shows that the light-colored bricks are not used along the alley.
For more information, see Summary for 100 S King ST S / Parcel ID 5247800300, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
