City Light storefront in Seattle's Roosevelt District, later housed Sunlight Cafe vegan restaurant from circa early 1980s until it moved in 2019.
Description
English: Seattle City Light storefront at NE 64th Street & Roosevelt Way NE, 1933. Archives say "Located at 10th NE and E 64th Street"; this part of Roosevelt Way must have been 10th at the time (which makes sense) and NE 64th was E 64th (a directional designation that no longer exists north of the Lake Washington Ship Canal). Beginning in the 1980s, this was the location of the vegetarian Sunlight Cafe until the cafe moved in 2019.

Seattle Municipal Archives changed its URL scheme circa 2022; the older URLs beginning with "clerk" are deprecated, and will eventually fail.
