Page 99 of brochure Seattle and the Orient (1900). This page includes text plus a photo captioned as "The wholesale house of Kreielsheimer Bros." Accompanying text indicates the address 209 First Avenue South. A 1969 architectural drawing by Victor Steinbrueck indicates that this building was also known as the Hotaling Block. Summary for 209 1st AVE / Parcel ID 5247800125, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods (note the error in the address, which omits "South"), seems to confirm that, and also gives a view of the building as of 2004. It's hard to make out in that photo, but the ground floor is now a bar called Larry's (formerly Larry's Greenfront). Upstairs is now loft apartments. From top to bottom, the visible signs on the building are:
