English: United States Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsacks, Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards, Congressman Troy Carter and Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman, head of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) hold a joint press conference at Southern University, Baton Rouge, La., on Feb. 14, 2023. During the press conference, they underlined investments and initiatives under the direction of President Biden that expand economic opportunity and prosperity in the area and throughout the state of Louisiana, including for small and underserved producers and businesses.
