Description Baton Rouge, La. - Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson and Deputy Administrator of Federal Emergency Management Agency Joseph Nimmich meet with state and local officials and observes response and recovery efforts in areas of Baton Rouge, Louisiana affected by severe flooding, Aug. 18, 2016. FEMA has been on the ground in the region since before the flooding began and continued to mobilize across the state to respond to emergency needs and to assist with recovery including getting people into temporary housing.
