English: Private boats acquired for United States Navy World War I use as patrol boats. The boat at far left is unidentified; the remainder (left to right) are USS Gypsy (SP-55), USS Doris B. IV (SP-625), USS Venture (SP-616), and USS Comber (SP 344), at the Portsmouth Navy Yard.[1]
