English: Phat khi mao (Thai script: ผัดขี้เมา; lit. "stir-fried shit drunk"). Here it is made with pork, mixed vegetables, chilli paste, holy basil, and sen yai, known as "broad rice noodles" or "rice sticks" in English, and as "shahe fen" in Chinese.
