They are sisters; over Made's left shoulder is her husband (didn't get his name). All persons depicted are members of Senang Hati except the fellow in blue in back who is likely one of the Balinese politicians who attended. Theme is "An Information & Dissemination Campaign for ‘Sekolah Inklusi’ (PWDs rights to attend regular school)" PWD=Persons With Disabilities.
