Summary edit

Description
English: The Setel Building, 936 Elmwood Avenue at Bidwell Parkway, Buffalo, New York, March 2020. Though it was originally built as the private residence of attorney Isadore Setel (1890-1967), the building was quickly converted to retail and restaurant usage, and is today unique in the city as an adaptation of the Tudor Revival style - complete with half-timbering on the exterior façade and a menagerie of finials and cartouches ornamenting the flat roofline - to commercial usage. Today the Setel Building is home to McGarrett's bar as well as an outlet of of the local fast-food chain Jim's Steakout.
