Summary edit

Description
English: Sheep in Maceys Meadow Maceys Meadow commemorates not only a local Councillor but also the traditional Kentish orchard. Fruit trees provide shelter for the sheep and they, in turn, crop the grass and return nutrients to the soil in their droppings. As the trees die, they are replaced with varieties similar to those already in the orchard to provide a living museum of a typical Kentish orchard.
