English: Sheiling, Allt Ealagan A break in the gradient means that the burn has deposited a lot of stone here. In turn that has led to a well drained area which has been exploited for agriculture.
Elsewhere the slowing waters have led to braiding where the burn splits up and waterlogs a large area of flat land forming a marsh. |
