English: Shervin Najafian was born in Tehran in 1976. In 1986, Shervin got his first role in the tele-theater movie The Mother of Manville.
He is a graduate of Tehran Conservatory of Music (viola and piano). He is also a very talented guitar player, composer and singer.[citation needed] Recently he featured in the movie No One Knows About Persian Cats, presented at the Cannes Festival, where it won a "Un Certain Regard" Special Jury Prize Ex-aequo. The film soundtrack features Shervin's song Zarbdar, also known as 'Man ki am". Shervin currently resides in Europe. His uncle is the well known movie and theater artist, Rasoul Najafian |
