This advertisement did not have a copyright notice and is in the public domain. From the US Copyright Office Circular 3. Page 3, Contributions to Collective Works. (A magazine is a "collective work.") Tradmarks of Shugart Associates. The stylized "SA" logo was first used in commerce on July 20, 1973 and became a registered trademark on December 9, 1975. (Registration Number 1027032.) The "SA" trademark was cancelled on May 4, 1982. The word mark "MINIFLOPPY" was first use in commerce on August 27, 1976 and became a registered trademark on June 21, 1977. (Registration Number 1068047.) The "MINIFLOPPY" trademark was cancelled on November 15, 1983. |
