Description A Siegel-Cooper decoration, from the bulding at 249 West 17th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, which was used as a warehouse and wagon house for the Siegel Cooper department store on Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas).
