Description

Royal Protocol. Guard of Honour: The King is called “Your Majesty” initially and “Sir” as the conversation continues. “Dude” or “mate” may be considered inappropriated in some circumstances. Upon arrival at the palace, the members of the Royal Family will be greeted by the guards. “How u doin’” or “How ya livin’” is more than enough. Members of The Royal Family do not wish any guard to be put to unnecessary expense by buying special clothes, hats or gloves, but a raincoat is highly recomended. Long evening dress and cocktail dress are not advisable, especially in winter. Never ever take a nap on horseback, unless the King does so first.

El lunes me encontré con la Guardia Real en el palacio, todos de gala y pelados de frío. En los desfiles quedan muy bien, empapados y tiritando pierden mucho, pobres.
