Damit erreicht man Zellwirkungsgrade über 20%. Hergestellt im Institut für Solarenergieforschung Hameln (ISFH), Deutschland.
English: Modern crystalline silicon solar cell. The PERC design (passivated emitter and rear cell) has finger-shaped contacts at the rear side, visible as lines (right image). Cell efficiencies presently exceed 20%. Fabricated at the Institute for Solar Energy Research Hamelin (ISFH), Germany.
