Description

This could be my favourite pub name, and I can't imagine a more optimistic sign hanging over the entrance, but alas (or perhaps not "alas" exactly) it has now gone the way of the Silverlink itself, it seems... (It was in the Good Beer Guide as the White Lion.) (Photo of it in an earlier incarnation by bowroaduk.)
