Description
English: Cherry-tTA-ER was transiently transfected into 2-6-3 cells and transcription was induced by the addition of tamoxifen. Frames were collected every minute for ∼40 min. Movie display rate is 8 frames per second. Still images from this movie are shown in Figure 2A.
