English: Sluice Gates, Ferry Channel The Pagham Harbour inlet once ran beyond this point and snaked around the Manhood Peninsula near enough turning Selsey into an island. As the name suggests prior to the road the only method of travel at this point was via a ferry. The sluice gates now control water from Ferry Pool which lies beyond. |
