Description
English: The Piccaddilly Theatre in New York City showing the American drama film Smouldering Fires (1925) with Pauline Frederick and Laura La Plante, on page 75 of the May 16, 1925 Exhibitors Herald. The Piccadilly Theatre opened in 1924 and was operated by Lee Ochs, in August 1925 it was taken over by Warner Bros. and renamed the Warners' Theatre. It was renamed several times in the 1940s and closed by 1949, and demolished in 1952.
