Nederlands: Snuffelgraag en Knagelijntje, twee tekeningen door G.Th. Rotman (1893-1944) uit de gelijknamige strip. Linkerplaatje: links tekenaar Gerrit Rotman, rechts schrijver Arie Pleysier (Q108346675). Het rechterplaatje toont Snuffelgraag en Knagelijntje. Over de auteursrechten: Volgens Wegwijzer Archieven en Musea online p. 26, sectie 1.1.5.9 geldt: als een werk uit scheidbare onderdelen bestaat: ... Iedere bijdrage ... dan dus zijn eigen maker met bijbehorende eigen beschermingsduur [heeft]. Aangezien in deze strip de werken uit scheidbare bijdragen bestaan (namelijk teksten en prenten), kan geconcludeerd worden dat de beschermingsduur van Rotmans prenten in dit werk ook 70 jaar na zijn overlijden bedraagt, en dat die prenten dus tot het PD behoren. |
