DescriptionSoldiers discuss the PGM Hecate II sniper rifle during Exercise Croix du Sud.jpg |
English: Servicemembers from the U.S. Marine Corps, New Zealand Army and New Caledonia Armed Forces discuss the PGM Hecate II sniper rifle during a weapons expo as part of Exercise Croix du Sud at Plum, New Caledonia, April 24, 2023. During Croix du Sud, participants from 14 countries including service members from U.S. Army Pacific, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force join allied and partner nations in enhancing combined interoperability through training, skills sharing, and cultural exchanges. Marines and Sailors with Combat Logistics Battalion 5 are supporting the Joint Operations Center with planners, medical subject matter expert exchanges, and a non-combatant evacuation operations team, enhancing the Marine Corps’ ability to provide logistical support to the joint force and U.S. Allies and partners in future austere operations.
