Summary edit

Description
English: Representative movies of SD-OCT analyses of the iridocorneal angle in age matched 12-month old wild-type (WT, movie S1) and soluble guanylate cyclase α1-deficient mice (movie S2). To demonstrate the ability of SD-OCT to discriminate between open and closed angles we imaged a closed angle in a 12-month-old DBA/2J mouse with elevated IOP (movie S3). Movies are representative examples of images observed in at least five mice per group in two replicate experiments.
