Summary edit

Description
English: South Parade. Leading to the more "exclusive" Braemar Court. At least that's how it seemed when there was a 7foot high fence separating "Terraced" Bill Quay from "New Estate" Bill Quay. This closed off a really useful shortcut and was perennially kicked through by indignant children from the terraces. They must have got sick of repairing it as you can freely walk between the two Bill Quays nowadays.
