English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
The Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railways, NS) have constructed special parking lots near stations and put new trains into service for the commuters on the line Maastricht - Amsterdam and Heerlen - Den Haag. On the lines passengers can a.o. get a cup of coffee and there is a radiotelephone aboard to call a taxi. SHOTS: traffic jam on the highway; train rides on a bridge across a highway; int. train; large parking lot near station Bussum-Zuid; train departs from station Zoetermeer and arrives at a covered platform of The Hague Central Station with a.o. a board with departure times, escalators and the arrival of teh metro; int. Intercity Plus where a woman hands out coffee to the passengers; dining carriage; men uses the radiotelephone to order a cab; train passes cars on the highway.

De Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS) hebben bij stations speciale parkeerterreinen aangelegd en een nieuwe treinen ingezet voor de forenzen op de lijnen Maastricht-Amsterdam en Heerlen-Den Haag. Op de lijn kunnen reizigers o.a. een krant en een kopje koffie krijgen en is er een mobilofoon aan boord waarmee een taxi gebeld kan worden. SHOTS: files op snelweg; trein rijdt over brug over snelweg; int. trein; groot parkeerterrein bij station Bussum-Zuid; trein rijdt weg bij station Zoetermeer en komt aan bij overdekt perron op Den Haag CS; int. en ext. Den Haag CS met o.a. bord met vertrektijden, roltrappen en aankomst van metro; int. Intercity Plus waarbij vrouw koffie uitdeelt aan passagiers; restauratiewagon; man gebruikt mobilofoon om taxi te bestellen; trein rijdt langs praktisch lege snelweg. |
