Description
English: The Squire Building at the NW corner of Occidental Ave & Main Street. Designed by Skillings & Corner and built by former governor Watson C. Squire on the site of a large 3-story brick building (Designed by Hermann Steinmann) that was completed only months before the Great Fire. The building was planned and constructed at the same time as the Union Trust Building across the street, also owned by Squire. Razed in the 1960s, this is now the site of Occidental Park.
