Summary edit

Description
English: St. Michael's church, Strete Only the tower is medieval; the church was rebuilt in 1836, when it was a chapel of ease within Blackawton parish, only becoming a parish church in 1881. https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1165589

The church is built across an intersection of gridlines; most of the visible masonry is in SX8346.

The interesting doorway on the right (which is probably just in SX8446) is to the former school, now the Laughing Monk Restaurant.
