Description Done in the Gothic Revival (Neo-Gothic) Style, this magnificent, marble clad, Roman Catholic cathedral was started in 1858. Located on 5th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, it takes up an entire city block (2 acres) and can accommodate 2,200 people.
