Description The St. Paul Park Refinery on the Mississippi River in Saint Paul Park, Minnesota, recently acquired by Marathon Petroleum from Andeavor (formerly Tesoro). The oil refinery, built 1939, produces 102,000 barrels of oil per day, and supplies gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and asphalt. The refinery, according to their website, processes Canadian crude oil from the Bakken Shale in North Dakota.
