Description Church of St Francis at the Engine Room, London N17. The church was founded in a temporary structure in 2013 to serve the Hale Village residential development in the previously sparsely-populated Tottenham Hale. Its permanent building, completed in October 2017, was the first new Anglican church built in London for over 40 years.
