English: The Staatsarchiv in Darmstadt, Germany. To the left is what I consider one of the the ugliest building in Darmstadt, a square box hotel on the university grounds. The architect should be ashamed for designing this directly next to such a beautiful neoclassical building. So should the university decision-makers and city planners who allowed this blot on the landscape. |
