Summary edit

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 9 Host HeLa Flp-In cells treated with 5 μM STLC and 10 μM Reversine do not exhibit a mitotic delay and abrogate the SAC. Host cells (not containing Hec1-GFP) were treated 10 μM Reversine to inhibit Mps1 kinase. These cells were imaged using a 40X objective at 5 min intervals. The cell shown (DIC image) enters mitosis and subsequently exits after 45 min. Scale bar is 10 μm.
