Description
English: A flight suit worn by Thomas P. Stafford during his command from 1975 through 1978 of the Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Stafford was a veteran NASA astronaut, and the suit bears his mission patches for Gemini 6A, Gemini 9A, Apollo 10 (on the left breast pocket), and the Apollo–Soyuz Test Project (out of frame). On display at the Stafford Air & Space Museum, Weatherford, Oklahoma, U.S. The museum was named for Stafford, a native of Weatherford.
