Description
English: Stagecoach East London bus 19000 "Spirit of London" (reg. LX55 HGC), pictured during the 2012 West Ham bus garage open day while posed as part of a 12 bus display line-up. Spirit was the bus named in memory of the victims of the 7 July 2005 London bombings, which included the destruction of a TA class bus operating route 30. Spirit was ordered as a one-off replacement for that bus, rejoining the route 30 allocation. It's displaying route 30 to Marble Arch here as a historical reference - by this time, while Spirit was still based at West Ham, route 30 was not, having been moved to Bow garage in 2009, and then lost on re-tendering to First London in 2011.
