Description

Stamp of Spain; 1931; delivery stamp ("Spanish: "Derecho de entrega") of the definitive series "Numbers"; stamp analog to the both "Delivery stamps" in the later Nazi-protectorate "Bohemia and Moravia".; "Delivery stamps" were used for all matters, in which the Spanish Post had the right for delivering.; The nominal value appearing on these stamps replaced the cash payment to an post officer.; As such is a such stamp to see as a special variant of a "Postage Due stamp", although not identically.; Such delivery stamps were only valid inside of Spain and of Spanish settlements.; stamp postmarked
