Description
English: 'Discount Package'. Though this does not look like a traditional booklet, it is classified as a booklet. It is a post office printed envelope containing a 10-block of stamps. Sold 1 February - 31 May 1988. Every Åland household received six coupons to purchase the package for 14.00 markka, instead of the 18.00 markka face value.  · Stamp design: Pirkko Vahtero.  · Printed by Finlands Banks Sedeltryckeri.
