The lace-making.
The Vyatka lace, a bobbin lace made in Kirov Oblast, the centre of the handcraft is in Sovetsk town.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 12 December 2011, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1552, Michel No 1784. The triangular stamps were issued in the sheets of small format: 4 stamps in 1 sheet. Coated paper. Offset printing, intaglio printing. Perforation: comb 11½. Size of the stamp: 50×50×70 mm (35×70 mm). Size of the stamp sheet: 80×80 mm. Print run: 720,000 stamps.
